Yes you can! You can buy with any Browser Wallet App.
You can use CryptoHorse from multiple computers as long as
you have your digital wallet installed.
We recommend sticking with Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari.
It may be technically possible to use another browser,
but we can’t guarantee optimal performance,
so you may want to steer clear.
We support Metamask.
You’ll need to put money in your wallet to make your first purchase.
We can show you how to do that, too.
Note: A digital wallet acts like a bank account — treat it with respect
and make sure you don’t forget your password or seed words.

Metamask lets you make transactions fast,

2. You can then, through Metamask, connect to an existing wallet
or create a new wallet and send Ether there.
Some wallets use seed words instead of a password.
They let you restore your account in the case it’s deleted.
This also means that anyone with
your seed words can access your account and steal your assets.
Please be sure to save your seed words, and do not share them with others.
No, we can’t.
Wallets are independent programs that
CryptoHorse does not in any way control.
Although this means we can’t help with resetting passwords,
it also means we can never forcibly remove assets from your wallet.
Your horses are stored in your wallet,
not our databases, and your wallet belongs to you.
Your public wallet address
is a unique identifier for your wallet.

It’s like a name.
You can share it freely with others,
and it’s used to direct assets to your wallet.
Unfortunately, no.
If you lose access to your wallet, we can’t recover your horses.
It’s not an issue of it being against our policy or being too difficult;
it’s literally impossible.
Our smart contracts secure each CryptoHorse
so that the developers can’t edit, access, or reassign them.
This protects your CryptoHorses from hackers
and anyone else who would steal them.
Unfortunately, it also means we can’t simply ‘recover’ a CryptoHorse.
Ethereum (ETH) is a cryptocurrency powering the Ethereum Blockchain,
which CryptoHorse is built on.
You need to convert your currency (e.g. Euro, USD, CAD, GBP)
into Ethereum to pay for things — such as horses or saddles —
on the Ethereum network.

CryptoHorses are digital collectible horses
which are created on Ethereum Blockchain.
Each horse is unique not only in its appearance
or color but their genetic composition is different
which shall be stored in the Blockchain.
They have 9 different colors and 35 different attributes.
Each horse has a particular gender –
it can either be a male ‘Stallion’ or a female ‘Mare’ but not both.
A General horse have no gender, and can not give birth.
Initially, there shall be 20.000 Gen-0 horses that will be created
and stored on Ethereum Blockchain.
There is no provision for creating new horses after
the initial 20.000 Gen-0 horses are sold.

However, we recommend starting with two
so that you can breed them together.
Each of the 20.000 horse is unique
and has a price depending on its color and attribute.
Some attributes are rare and some are common.
Rarer the attributes, higher is the price.
The price of a horse is determined on the basis of the following attributes:
- Generation
- Appearance
- Colour
- Name
- Special features
- Speed
- Fertility
The rarer the horses on the Blockchain the higher are the prices.
Each horse is also pre-assigned a speed
and other attributes which shall be important
while competing in the horse races.
Everyone can offer horses and put them up for sale.
Each horse has its own characteristics.
Besides, there are some fancy horses as well.
Some of these have dots, wings, unicorns or zebra type.
These fancy horses are very rare
and have very high collector value.
However, they do not have any special speed.
For mating two horses,
one Stallion and one Mare are required by each user.
If a horse breeder lacks a particular gender then it cannot breed
and shall require another horse of opposite gender before breeding.
Upon breeding, a new CryptoHorse with traits acquired
from its parents shall be available in your Ethereum wallet.
Depending upon the Gas price paid,
the approval of a transaction from Ethereum shall take place.
Mares are born often and Stallions are rare.
If an owner mates the horse very frequently
than the chances of breeding a mare is higher.
So it is not just a collectible anymore
– rather a self-sustainable community
of horses shall be created which can be traded on the Blockchain.
With an aim to create value for early investors
and adopters of the CryptoHorse ecosystem,
the number of times a horse can breed is limited to 4.
After each mating, there is a cooling period for
which the horse shall not be available for mating.
The cooling period increases after each mating:
- after first mating 15 min
- after second mating 120 min
- and after third mating 480 min
- After fourth mating, the horse cannot mate further.
However, it shall still be available
for participating in horse races.
Breeding high-quality horses shall bear a high-quality offspring.
A user can also breed a fancy horse
if the parents have the requisite genetic material.
The breeding fee is approximately between 0.002 ETH to 0.04 ETH
and can be changed several times during a day.
This measure is to control inflation or deflation of the market.
A user after buys a horse he can put it up for sale
by going to the Stable.
The price is decided by the seller and a willing buyer is
able to complete the transaction
by paying the specified price to the seller.
A small part (5%) from the sale proceeds
of the seller goes to the CryptoHorse team.
The parents' DNA is being inherited.

Yes, you can use it at CryptoRome.
We are very proud about our partnership
with CryptoRome, another blockchain game.
They have taken ERC-721 tokens from us
and called them War Horses in CryptoRome.
There will only be 50 battle horse ever created.
Owners of these tokens can go race
them over in CryptoHorse and can use them in battle in CryptoRome.
It’s the same token that you can use in both games!

There are a limited number of 20.000 jockeys.
A good saddle means passion and perfection to the highest degree.
A craftsmanship that finds its completion in our saddles.
Not every saddle maker is suitable for your racehorse.
Pay attention to the right tool and the perfect leather.
The higher the saddlery, leather and saddlery quality,
the higher the saddle quality.
There are 5 shops.
Each store has a different quality that it offers.
The shops have an initial price of 20 ETH
and will be first auctioned in a Dutch auction.
In the much kinds of races, a saddle is necessary.
If someone set his Saddle for sale,
it automatically will appear in the shop of its quality.
The shop owner will get a fee of 2.5%
of every sold saddle which is in his shop.
If you own a shop can also set a fixed sale price of this shop,
there is a sell fee of 5% wich goes to CryptoHorse.
Every horse needs a good shoe.
Also your CryptoHorse.
The better the horseshoe,
the closer the horse gets to its full speed.
Each store has a different quality that it offers.
The shops have an initial price of 20 ETH
and will be first auctioned in a Dutch auction.
The current owners can resell their stores
or change the price at any time.
There is a sell fee of 5% to every sold shop,
wich goes to CryptoHorse.
Imagine horseshoes are needed for some races.
Would not it be nice if you get 2.5%
commission for every horseshoe sold in your shop?
The higher the smith quality and
forge tool the higher is the quality of the horseshoe.
But watch out the horseshoe can wear out and broke down.
